Hi there. I'm Jason Lefkowitz, and this is my blog. If you're reading this you likely want to know something more about me, so here you go.
Currently I am the online organizer for the Change to Win partnership of labor unions. I graduated from American University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government (don't ask).
I've been building Web sites and applications since 1995. Just Well Mixed was launched in 2002 and has been my primary online stomping ground ever since. From 2002 to 2005 I also wrote Ant's Eye View, a blog focused on emerging trends in online communities. Readers of AEV discovered concepts like crowdsourcing and Journalism 2.0 before those concepts had names.
When I'm not at work I'm a proud volunteer teacher with Computer C.O.R.E., an organization that changes people's lives. If you've got some money burning a hole in your pocket, you could always make a tax-deductible contribution to support their work, you know.
There are way too many ways for people to contact me. Here's a few of them.
My resumé is available. I do occasional consulting projects (both pro bono and for-pay) and public speaking engagements; contact me if you're interested.

If you think anything I write here represents the opinions of anybody but myself, you need more help than I can give you. The opinions are all mine, folks. Nobody else's.
If that's too hard to understand... well, I'm sorry. There's only so much I can do. I'm not a therapist, and I'm not a miracle worker. I wish I could help you work through your delusional belief that I'm speaking for anyone else but myself. Honestly, I do. But in the end, that's a monkey you'll have to get off your back on your own. Sorry.
